IBS Relief Secrets

When you suffer from IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, it can take over your life.  I know how it feels when your stomach is so bloated and painful that you don’t want to go out.  You become so conscious about what you eat and drink just in case it triggers off an attack.  Also that constant need you have to know where the nearest bathroom is, because you never know when you will need to rush to the loo in a hurry.
